A Guide to Video Production Cost

How much is my production going to cost?

One of the most difficult questions we ever have to answer is how much is my production going to cost. We could answer this question straight away provided every clients knew exactly what they wanted and what would be needed to achieve this. Every production is unique, with its own specifications and requirements. We don't expect our clients to know all this information right away. That is why we like to talk to our clients and map out exactly what their requirements are and to give them a realistic idea of what their costs will be. Costs can be minimised and quality improved simply by both parties understanding each other.

The DVD production package below is a good guide to the starting price of a production. Blue Lizard has produced many good quality productions for this price, mainly short promos without a voice-over or filming of guest speakers with additional footage or stills edited in. Most productions tend to be a lot more complex and the production costs higher. Use the prices below as guides only and if you need a detailed quotation contact us.
